Admissions to Paulton Junior School are managed through the local authority:

If your child is starting Year 3 in September you must apply for a place in school by 15th January.

Admissions Appeals: if your child gets a refusal letter from your preferred school, you are entitled to appeal.

You’ll have at least 20 school days from the date of your child’s school place refusal to appeal and this should be done through the B&NES Schools Admissions team.

You will normally receive at least 10 school days notice of the time and venue for the appeal hearing where you will be able to present your case in person. Decision letters will be sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible.
